When’s the last time you practiced resting?
Seriously, we practice so many things hoping to become more productive, stronger, or more flexible. Why don’t we practice resting? Why do we have to wait until we’re exhausted to finally soften and relax? That ends with this practice! Gather any props you may need and settle in for a treat. We begin with a body scan and then drop into 5 minutes of deep rest.
