Despite our best intentions, life gets busy. Work meetings run late, unexpected assignments stack up, and the next thing you know you haven’t filmed a yoga practice for your community (oh wait, I’m talking about me!)
 
My point is – we all have those days, where it feels like we just don’t have time to practice. So, I offer this practice for you! A quick (as in short) flow-style practice that will loosen the hips and leave you feeling energized and ready to confront your day. I recommend having two blocks available, but you won’t need many props. Your body, breath, and about 20 minutes are all that you need!
