There’s not much to say about this practice. It’s gentle, restorative, and was perfect for a rainy morning in southeast Louisiana.
We begin standing in mountain pose, sensing our body and feeling the breath. I add in Warrior 1 to open the backs of the legs followed by my favorite, wide leg forward fold. We make our way down to the mat for some low lunges, a nice long child’s pose, and some soft twisting. As always, thank you so much for your continued support!
