Hatha Practice from 2-23-21

This Hatha practice incorporates meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and physical postures (asana). Postures may be practiced while seated, standing, or laying down. During this class, you may be asked to get up and down from the floor. I recommend that you dress in comfortable clothes and have some water and maybe a hand towel available. Yoga mats are optional and will depend on the type of floor you’re practicing among other factors. I recommend starting with a mat and if it’s not working, you don’t have to use it. In terms of props, it may be helpful to have two yoga blocks (or a chair), a blanket or large towel, and a strap (belt or dog leash).
