Hatha Practice 3-6-21

This video is for members only. If you're not currently a member, please purchase a membership or day pass.

In this practice, I lead an introduction to Dolphin pose. Dolphin can be a great alternative to Downward Dog for folks that have wrist, elbow, or shoulder issues. But it also requires a good deal of upper body and core strength. I definitely recommend having a yoga block or two available for this practice.

So what do you think? Which do you prefer, downward dog or dolphin? Let me know!
