This practice includes some of my favorite poses to practice after a long day of working at the computer. We begin with grounding and centering. Then we add some gentle movement to our practice before making our way to stand. From mountain poses, we practice Virabhadrasana 1 and 2. Then we try a wide leg forward fold with a twist. Eventually, we make our way back down to the mat for bridge pose and a couple of twists before resting in savasana.
